amedeeamédée is a settee and armchair combination, designed around a lumbar support which is quilted and stitched just like the bucket seats of the best italian motor cars. the armchair may be rotating, and there is also a footstool for when it’s time to relax. chic, urban and thus compact, this family of seating acquires undeniable luxury object status when upholstered in the new full grain, pure aniline orga leather, with its slightly smooth, glossy finish.
andyin 1962, reinterpreting florence knoll's settee from 1954, he softened all its contours, reducing the number of buttons to eliminate the severe squares of quilting and made the metal structure underlining the edges of its base disappear, retaining only the four legs: in short, he designed a new domestic settee, both sensual and refined. and as a precious refinement, he mounted the chromed steel legs inside the armrests both to the front and to the rear.
backpack 2the backpack armchair derives its distinctive personality from the slim, elegant structure/base which is the perfect foil for the perfectly-designed silhouette of its welcomingly thick and ergonomically-curved seat/back cushion. at the top of the back, the cushion rolls over on itself and is held in place by a strap on its back (red or black) which is evocative of the kind of backpack used by the explorers of yesteryear.
bonnieligne roset was able to work on the reissue of the bonnie seating using a real collector’s item, one of only a few very rare examples in existence (modèles 500 and 500/2 – design 1975). from the outset, the bonnie seating was striking in terms of its comfort, both visual and real, hugging the lines of the human body fiercely. the bonnie seating is at once extremely comfortable and also clever, without being too clever.
confluencesconfluences may be considered to be a trailblazer in terms of the new trend for 'counterforms' as characterised by the interwoven yin-yang or puzzle-type effect. various configurations and dimensions.
cossethe inspiration for the cosse settee is comfort. soft, welcoming contours, a soft, delicate, all-enveloping form which, sustained by a fine natural wood structure, floats above the ground.
cover 1the name cover is just as evocative of the concept as it is of the function. its comfort and sensuality mask brazen simplicity of use: the cover of cover can be removed in a matter of seconds, making maintenance almost a pleasure. the cover is draped over the structure like a throw, seeming to hover over it.
daybeda revolutionary piece on the french market of the early fifties, the minimalist elegance of the daybed banquette has every chance of achieving even greater success today, given that views on such economy of form have been developed over decades. designed as a small settee with an integral low table, it becomes a large banquette seating 3-4 persons (or even an occasional bed for one) when one positions the two back cushions on the low table as an extension to the seat cushion.
enkienki is the first seating evangelos vasileiou has designed for ligne roset. intended to respond to multiple requirements, its pure, elegant lines lend themselves to both stand-alone seating (settees, armchair, footstool) and corner compositions, with a range of 18 items in total. to make it possible to tailor both looks and comfort, there is a choice between 2 leg heights.
exclusif''classic, chic and comfortable, international and timeless.'' with only a handful of elements, all of which are characterised by their irreproachable proportions, it is possible to create a wealth of different settees and corner compositions.
exclusif 2the model exclusif is now complemented by a new version on legs, named exclusif 2. these new 13cm high legs, in a black chromed finish, do not affect the overall dimensions of each item. exclusif 2, with an 'international' 248cm wide large settee resting on a black chromed base, brings to the collection an almost incomparable level of elegance & refinement.
